About Me
I intend to enjoy every minute of every day!
As a Colorado native, and an independent Realtor, I intend to share this enjoyment with all others as well as sharing my love of this beautiful place. Real estate has been a love for me for a long time. I have purchased investment properties over the years and now selling Real Estate as a full-time career. I want to share my enthusiasm for Real Estate with others and help them reach their dreams and goals in this area.
As a previous Project Manager in the hi-tech industry, I use my relationship skills and detail-oriented abilities to manage Real Estate transactions in an effective and timely manner.

Why independent
The person you hire is the person who shows up.
The person you hire is the person who shows up, the person that's involved throughout the process from start to finish, the person that gives you timely updates, and the person that sits at the closing table with you.
Detail is the whole job
Inspection objections, appraisal gaps, lender conditions, title exceptions. The transactions that go sideways usually go sideways on a detail nobody tracked.
Local knowledge that's actually local
Loveland, Fort Collins, Berthoud and the surrounding communities are each different markets, with different buyers and different features. I've closed in all of them.
