Matthew listens carefully to determine exactly what his clients want and need. I casually threw out in conversation that I was thinking about selling my property in the summertime. Without being pushy, Matthew suggested that late winter or early spring would be a better time before interest rates go up. Within a week or so he had the listing prepared and went live on a Friday, sold on that Sunday, and closed 3 weeks later.
